History

Lanificio Paultex srl was founded in 1974 by Mr. Paolo Guarducci, to produce woolen fabrics and import denim.

Between 1979 and 1982 two spinning mills were purchased, followed by weaving machinery and a finishing plant. Agliana, were the headquarters of the Lanificio are located, is the heart of administrative, sales and production planning departments.

Lanificio Paultex is known for the quality of its productions, a perfect mix of technology and tradition, and of the high service standards. Since 2015 after Mr. Paolo Guarducci passed away, the company started a reorganization, keeping strong roots in tradition but aiming toward internationalization, innovation and diversification of products, in order to satisfy increasingly challenging markets.
